by Christopher N. Malagisi

Lee Edwards Brief History of the Cold War

Dr. Lee Edwards, the Distinguished Fellow in Conservative Thought at The Heritage Foundation, sat down with the Conservative Book Club for an exclusive author interview about his recent book, A Brief History of the Cold War, co-written with Elizabeth Edwards Spalding. In our interview, learn about America’s longest war that dominated the latter half of the 20th century and why it’s still relevant today.

Dr. Edwards is one of the world’s leading scholars of the Cold War and the history of conservatism. He is also the Chairman of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation, which is a U.S-based non-profit educational organization. Their mission is to educate this generation and future generations about the ideology, history, and legacy of communism. The foundation was established by an Act of Congress to build a memorial in Washington, D.C. to commemorate the more than 100 million victims of communism.

Interview conducted by Christopher Malagisi, Editor in Chief of the Conservative Book Club.
