The delivery time estimate is in business days starting from the time we receive your order and it includes 2 to 3 days processing time plus time en route. Please note that the most economical rate will be charged unless you specify otherwise.

** If your order contains more than one item, items may be shipped separately, so you may receive more than one package.
*** Orders shipped to PO Box address must ship via Standard Shipping. Shipments using Ground, Express or International shipping to Canada cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
If you ordered a book or product and are not happy with it, you have ten days from the day you received it to return it for either a credit to your account or a refund. Simply enclose a letter with your return stating that you would like a credit or refund for these items. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your credit or refund. Please be sure to include in your correspondence your account number, invoice number, and the order code of the item that you are returning.
