In an appearance on the Mike Gallagher show Tuesday, Donald Trump opined that “When I talk about the election being ‘rigged,’ it was just reported there are almost two million dead people who are registered to vote. And Paul Ryan gets up and issues a memo that he disagrees the election is rigged… Is he naïve? Because that is naiveté. Or maybe something worse than that.”
