Has Trump Pardoned Hillary Clinton?

by Bradley Matthews

In a TV appearance, Charles Krauthammer said “I think it’s the right thing. Procedurally, not quite, but this is the equivalent of him saying, issuing a pardon.”

Why would Trump pardon Hillary?…That’s the FBI and Attorney General’s job to indict the old broad…

All Trump said is that he isn’t going after her. 1. He will have an Att. Gen., who will decide if they have enough. 2. The FBI has to finish their investigation. 3. Let him get into the office first so O can’t give her a pardon.

Trump isn’t Ina position to prosecute, let others! Trump has to repair the damage of the Democrats over the last 40 years.

First, by breaking a specific campaign promise Mr. Trump is betraying his supporters.
Second, he is perpetuating the accurate perception that laws are applied unequally — strictly for ordinary citizens and not at all to our political oligarchs, irrespective of party. The mutual back scratching that supposedly is bipartisan service in the pub interest is disgusting as well as dismaying.
Third, Mr. Trump will not be able to drain the swamp by holding members of the political elite to a lower rather than a higher standard that is applied to everyone else.

Whatever happened to the belief that, in America, no one is above the law?

once again Hillary is going to skate on facing up to her braking the law and whats worse the Bengazzi Libya tragedy, where her lack of action and lack of responsibility cost the lives of 4 Americans and destabilized an entire country. also the criminal activity of the so-called foundation. how much more is this women and her husband going to get away with out and out criminal behavior! This is another broken promise by Trump and he hasn’t even been sworn in yet! here we go again politics as usual!!

Trump can’t pardon Clinton. The only one who can is open, and if he does he’s admitting she has guilt. Trump is just taking himself out of the equation. The Niewood ministration will look at Hillary’s crimes

It’s obvious that way too many big wigs in DC(and no telling where else)are involved with the illegal dealings of Hillary and her crew! Why else would nobody touch this with a ten foot pole? Just Saying

Clinton is not above the law, and MUST NOT BE PARDONED. This woman and her husband have stolen millions via pay-to-play and the Clinton Foundation. They need to be made an example of. If Obama pardons her, somebody needs to just shoot him. I can’t believe that Trump is suggesting a pardon after saying prior to the election he would hire a special investigator since she should be in jail. I didn’t think Trump could be bought. What happened? Have the Clintons threatens to kill his family?

I believe Mr Trump just wants to be magnanamous and hold himself above the fray. You notice he did not say he wanted the investigative “wheels” that are now turning to stop! I HOPE he wants the FBI and CIA and Legislative and Judicial Watch investigations of both Hillary and the Clinton Foundation to continue and be brought to fruition. He just doesn’t want to be directly involved in it for the sake of his presidential image. I don’t blame him and thiink it’s the smart move at the right time. I also agree with what Joseph St Clair said below, and i know that The Donald knows it too.

I JSTC believes that congress should appoint a special investigation into the Clinton cartels agenda , with a very broad brush to investigate the various NEWS agencies such as CNN , MSNBC , and others that went about lying and misreporting in a contrived deceitful agenda to destroy honesty pertaining too this election !!!
After all WE are talking about the future of America and the American Race as People

Mrs Clinton is a bilderbergers with a hidden anti American policy agenda , too control and manipulate our great American future !!!
After all the facts are gathered they should be published and then Grant Mrs Clinton if necessary a pardon she is old wicket and evil !!!
However I wouldn’t gather the information with ideas too prosecute her , she is dying within her own skin like the snake she is , like her husband !!!

I hope he doesn’t go back on his promises. If he does, he won’t be elected for a second term

Just wait, until Trump gets into, the White House and he’ll tell us, what he has in store…

Well once again krauthammer way off the mark!
Trump did not pardon clinton, rather he has made a move to reunite the country. He has moved himself out of the position of making the DOJ his private hit squad and as such is once again giving us the rule of law!
Once the FBI and NYPD are finished with their investigation and possibly congress, he will just let the wheels of justice turn, all the while keeping clean hands as a President should be doing!!!

If the future investigating by the House & other agencies provide sufficient evidence ( I personally believe they will) of compromising highly classified US government information then there will be no alternative to either prosecution or a pardon. It is not only Hillarys involvement but also the involvement of those who facilitated the security breach (if that is in fact what happened). Any judgment to, or not to, prosecute at this point is extremely premature & would likely result in the perpetrators getting off on a legal technicality.

After Trump’s election, inaugural, if this true, he should “open” the decision to the American people. “Many have contacted me to follow through on my statements on the campaign trail. Many have asked me not to pursue it,. that I appoint a special prosecutor. There is a website and you who have one vote(use their emails, any duplicates will be voided.) YES to investigate/prosecute, NO, to not investigate. “I will let the American people decide.” Depending on the results, he decides whether to pardon or let the case go through a regular process if a sentence is recommended.

I worked for and wanted Trump to be Our President because I knew it would take a Great Businessman to get Our America back on track and away from the DUMBOCRATS desire to have us a Socialist nation and part of the “New World Order” but now with this Horrible Pardon of Hitlery and knowing of his tight relationship with them through pictures and films; I have cause to wonder!!!
