Patriots are celebrating and liberals are on suicide watch: the Supreme Court brought back Trump’s travel ban!
The Supreme Court delivered a major boost to President Trump this morning when it announced that it would take up the issue of his “travel ban” in its October session and allowed the majority of the ban to take effect in the meantime. Trump’s team now must work to reinstate the travel ban nation-wide and prepare to defend it come October.
Judge Napolitano talked to Fox News following the announcement this and praised Trump, saying “Donald Trump did the right thing and should be very happy at this moment at what the Supreme Court has told him.”
This major victory for the Trump administration allows the travel ban and increased vetting to take effect, five months after the executive order was initially issued. Specifically, the court is allowing a travel ban for “foreign nationals who lack any bona fide relationship with any person or entity in the United States.” An official decision on the travel ban will come after the nine justices of the Supreme Court hear oral arguments during the October session.
