The SNL comedian turned senator from Minnesota is still young enough to mount a presidential bid (he’s 66) and he hasn’t been shy about condemning Trump and his administration.
His second term in the senate will be up in 2020, making it a perfect time for him to transition to a new office. During his tenure in office, he’s been an outspoken proponent for single-payer healthcare, which many Democrat voters also support in light of the Republican failure to repeal and replace Obamacare.
