Diana West

Diana West is an author and journalist. Recent honors include the 2014 Hero of Conscience Award from the American Freedom Alliance, and the Center for Security Policy’s 2013 Mightier Pen Award.

A journalist since graduating from Yale, West began writing a weekly newspaper column in 1999 at the Washington Times, where she also wrote editorials under Helle Dale and the late Tony Blankley.

West’s work has appeared in many publications including The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Times, The Weekly Standard,  and The Washington Post Magazine, and her fiction has appeared in the Atlantic Monthly.
