Dr. Bella Altura
Bella T. Altura was born in Nazi Germany. She is immensely grateful for the sacrifices her parents made to get her out of war-torn Europe and to America. For most of her life, Altura has lived in the United States, and she loves her country fiercely.
Altura received her master’s degree and doctorate in a scientific field. She works in cardiovascular research. Together, she and her husband have published more than seven hundred articles in scientific journals.
