Geoff Shepard

** Exclusive CBC Author Interview with Geoff Shepard ** 

Geoff Shepard joined the Nixon administration as a White House Fellow directly out of Harvard Law School and became a senior member of the Domestic Council staff. Later, as Deputy Defense Counsel, he had a front-row seat for the political drama that toppled a president and sent his closest aides to prison.

For the past three decades, Shepard has arranged and hosted annual reunions of the Nixon/Ford policy planning staffs. Beginning in 2010, Shepard helped produce a series of Nixon Legacy Forums, which are documentaries focusing on President Nixon’s various public policy initiatives. The forums are co-sponsored by the Nixon Foundation and the National Archives.

Shepard and his wife live outside of Philadelphia.
