Al Janssen is a communicator with more than 40 years of experience. After graduating from Linfield College in 1971 with a degree in Math and Education, Al joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ where he was encouraged to use his journalism and writing skills as editor of Athletes in Action magazine. Al also served in various editorial roles for Worldwide Challenge magazine and wrote his first book, Building Bridges of Love.
Al began his literary services company in 1982. Since then he has authored or co-authored more than 30 books and edited many more. He has worked with companies such as Harvest House Publishers, Multnomah Press, and for 10 years he served as Director of Book Publishing for Focus on the Family.
Al and his wife Jo were married in 1977. They have three grown and married children. They reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado and enjoy reading, walking, baseball, and international travel.
