Hugh Hewitt is the host of a nationally syndicated radio show heard in more than 100 cities nationwide. One of the country’s most widely read bloggers at HughHewitt.com, he’s also the executive editor of Townhall.com.

Hewitt served six years in the Reagan Administration in a variety of posts including in the White House Counsel’s office. He is currently a constitutional Professor of Law at Chapman University Law School. Hewitt is the author of eight books, including Blog: Understanding the Information Reformation That’s Changing Your World and the New York Times bestseller If It’s Not Close, They Can’t Cheat.

Three of his books have explored religious beliefs in America. One accompanied the PBS special “Searching for God in America.” During that documentary he met with leaders of all faiths, including top Mormon officials, to better understand the faith and challenges its followers face. Hewitt has won three Emmys during his decade of work as co-host of the PBS Los Angeles affiliate KCET’s nightly news and public affairs show Life & Times.
