Can Bill O’Reilly Be Replaced? See What One Conservative Pundit Had To Say

by Bradley Matthews

In a CNBC interview, George Will said “Well, the question is, are they loyal to Bill O’Reilly or are they loyal to the FOX brand itself. When Megyn Kelly left and they put Tucker Carlson in her slot nothing happened. The ratings stayed strong, and the viewers were happy. I have a feeling that Mr. O’Reilly is replaceable.”

Elaine, I watched Walter Cronkite every night back in the day when journalists actually were considered “real” journalists. His liberal stances did not affect the way he commentated. I read plenty! I don’t need to read this because I witnessed it in real time. You need to get your facts straight before you spew!

Laura: You need to read more about Walter Cronkite because he was a Liberal! Find the facts yourself.

Leslie, you are either a leftist lunatic or an extreme right Never-Trumper. Both are ridiculous. The workplace is full of people who flirt all the time. I don’t think that it is right, but it happens because people are human. For you to say that Bill O’Reilly is anyone’s idol is a total fabrication. Many of us follow the ten commandments to the letter and the only GOD IS GOD! He is my maker and my only “IDOL”. Bill O’Reilly is as honest as the day is long. You would be hard pressed to find any other commentator who stays in the middle and does not pick a side and is honest to the public. He reminds me of Walter Cronkite. Our media has now become more like PRAVDA in Russia. The media, Hollywood elites, and Democrats get their talking points (e-mails) early each morning and they all stick to them no matter how inaccurate or insane they are. They are like robots with no message. The pay outs don’t mean anything except that we now have a judicial system loaded with liberal judges who will vote against a conservative no matter what. Get your head out of the clouds! This is Satan running rampant on the Earth.

Fox paid 85 Million in sexual harassment claims. Let’s not turn a blind eye to sexual harassment even if it’s your idol. Guilty is guilty or there wouldn’t have been so many pay outs.

    Everyone is replaceable.

I think that Fox and the powers that be will rue this day in the not so distance future. How about you two just going back to Australia,as it seems they are missing 2 joeys. You are now as welcome as Muslims in America.Bill O’Reilly will be fine but will Fox?

Mr. O’Reilly’s time slot may be replaced but Mr. O’Reilly will never be replaced. I will not be watching FOX anymore. They were my favorite channel. I kept it on all day and part of the night. They are turning more liberal everyday; just like all the other channels. Don’t know where I will get my news now.

I only reason I’ll tune back in to Fox News will be to see how bad they’ll be sliding in the ratings. They just cut the head off the number one cable news network. I am now without an official news channel to watch.

I agree with you Laura… Megyn Kelly is nothing but a conniver a user if you will!!! I hear fox may put another conniver in O’Reilly time slot.. Dana Perino!! I hope the hell not!!!

I am with Mary Ann 100%. You should be replaced. You never liked Bill anyway. We will never watch the 8 p.m. time slot again no matter who takes over. We want Bill back.

Maybe the feeling you have at the moment is just that a feeling!! O’Reilly will be replaced however the show will not have the same atmosphere!!!! I’M done with Fox news!!!!

  11. mary ann

George will YOU ARE REPLACEABLE, not bill oreilly. Fox did good when Megan left because nobody liked her. Bill O’Reilly will do well wherever he goes. I’m sure fox will be OK because of hannity, Tucker, Greg , the judge and waters. You are so jealous of Oreilly.

  12. Joseph Racette

I like Tucker Carlson but will give him up and stop watching FOX news altogher. We have enough lieing news without fox going the same way. Enjoy the hole your digging. Kick your son off the board if this the kind of decisions they are making. GOOD BYE

For His loyal fans no. Well unless
they bring back Glen Beck the
    King of absolute crap.
But again he didn’t use his pulpit
    for weeks of person grudges.

Let’s hope & pray you aren’t the slot filler, Georgie! That would rank right up there with watching paint dry!

    April 20, 2017,5:36 pm

  15. Jeff Miller

Send in your resume’, George. I’d rather listen to you than O’Reilly.

    April 20, 2017,5:22 pm

  16. Laura G. Holmes

George Will -Shut up you jealous wannabe. You are easily replaceable and have been many times. No one will miss you when you are gone. O’Reilly wiped the floor with you and that is why you are making these ridiculous comments now. No, Bill O’Reilly will never be replaced. Meghyn Kelly was a rat and was probably paid by NBC news to plant the “female question”. You are right! No one misses a rat! The sickening thing is she waited until all of her gullible Fox News viewers bought her sorry book to make the move! DISGRACEFUL!
