1. Amend the US Constitution

One of Stein’s biggest arguments in Draining the Swamp is that we need to amend the US Constitution.

He explains the need for amendments, saying that the farmers could not have forseseen” the development of labor unions or their exploitation by an insidious globalist sociocommunist conspiracy; or that judicial appoints could last for more than two decades” or that bureaucracy would be “hamstrung by ill-conceived civil-service laws and sociocommunist labor unions.”

These are the issues that Stein believes could be remedied by appropriate amendments brought about through a constitutional convention of the states. Some of the amendments that Stein proposes have also been proposed by notable conservative Mark Levin, such as a balanced budget amendment and a repeal of the 17th amendment.
