Linda Bridges is a journalist, author, and former assistant to William F. Buckley. She has been an Editor at Large, Senior Editor, and Managing Editor of National Review. She served as the personal assistant and in-house editor for William F. Buckley from 2003 until his death in 2008, fact-checking and editing his columns, articles, and books, as well as working with his publishers and editors.
She has been a trustee of the Philadelphia Society since 1983, and has been a member of the executive committee of the Anglican Society since 1996. Bridges holds a bachelor’s degree in French language and literature from the University of Southern California.
