Outselling 17 of the books on the September 28, 2014 list and having a No.1 placement on Amazon, Jesus on Trial would have ranked either No.3 or No.4 on the September 28, 2014 list. One guess as to where it landed? That’s right. Nowhere. The book credited with the No.4 spot that week was Henry Kissinger’s World Order, which made up for its over 3,000 fewer sales with an endorsement from The Times’ New York neighbor and hero Hilary Clinton.
