9. Natural Resources: Unleashing America’s Boundless Resources

President Trump promised in his campaign that he would unleash America’s boundless resources after eight years of the Obama administration tampering them and letting the American people and the American economy suffer in the meantime.

President Trump has stood up against those previous regulations and the red tape and, among other things, removed the regulations on the Outer Continental Shelf, allowing for more oil and gas operation in the area.

His administration is also fighting back against a history of over-designating national lands by freeing much of the West up for private purchase. Trump and Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke continue to work to divest land from federal control.
