Dr. Arnn has a PhD in government from the Claremont Graduate School, studied international history at the London School of Economics, and then modern history at Oxford University.  While at Oxford, he served as director of research for the late Sir Martin Gilbert, the official biographer of Winston Churchill.  He also started the prestigious Claremont Institute, an influential conservative think tank based in California.
